Day two, trusses are set, taking shape, feels like home. What joy! Thank you God. And thank you for these men and women who have come and given of themselves, to further lend a hand in building God’s kingdom. Chiltons.

In The Beginning…….

Building begins today! All are gathered, materials have arrived, foundation is laid, equipment ready, a site to behold. It was a pleasure to be out at the church job site at day break to see all the the necessary components ready to go.

and they were off,  in different directions to their specified area of expertise. When I left, things were beginning to hum!

Breaking the Blog Break

We’re very excited to see this and I wanted to share with you this extraordinary event. Our church home is scheduled to go up this Father’s Day weekend. Yes, a weekend! Well Saturday to Wednesday. All the preparations are underway….

Time For A Giveaway!

Time for my first “Joy Studio” giveaway. I may need your assistance as well as your participation. I’m not entirely sure how to go about this so, here goes!

Quilting Treasures delivers premium quilting fabrics exclusively to Independent Fabric Retailers. It has been my pleasure to work with QT however, fabrics are beginning to stack up. My giveaway will include fat quarters from “Tiny Tailors,” “Animal Alphabet Games” and my new line, “An Appointed Time.”

… my Cuckoo Clock project that I created and crafted at the Mary Engelbreit Home Companion Workshops last month!

June marks six months of blogging for me, plus it’s my birthday month so, this will be a four week opportunity! Too long? OK, I’ll admit my other motive for extending this giveaway. June is going to be crazy, busy for me and I anticipate little or no time for blogging until at least July.
