Life remains on hold, at least… as I knew it. Creativity is shelved for an undetermined amount of time.
Encouraged this morning by the Word spoken:
The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me
To bring good news to the afflicted;
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to captives,
And freedom to prisoners;
To proclaim the favorable year of the Lord.
And the day of vengeance of our God;
To comfort all who mourn. Isaiah 61:1-2
Hallelujah, He lives!
Take all the time you need. Patience, introspection and prayer.
Loss is life’s most difficult journey. You are in our hearts and prayers.
God is right there with you through all of this. Snuggle into your Daddies arms and rest there with Him. He loves you so much. The Holy Spirit is there to comfort you, don’t let the enemy distract you from all that Jesus has for you right now.
Bless you Janet.
So sorry to hear about this Janet-our prayers are with you and your family. Take care and take all the time you need.
love, paula
My heart aches for you, Janet! I know the loss you feel!
But I am so grateful for the love and care I had from my parents, it continues to be with me each and everyday!
And I hope and pray that you will feel and be surrounded by that love and care you received from your parents, too!
Much love to you this day~
Hang in there my friend. I’m thinking of you and as you know, the peace of the Lord is always with you.
Your sorrow is felt deeply within you, your family, and friends. Your creativity is never-ending and will blossom as flowers in a garden after the rainfall. God Blesses you always. We are here for you too, and I hope all the heartfelt comments help you know how precisous you truely are. We care.
My friend purchased some of “An Appointed Time” today (she loves clock faces), and I saw your “Tiny Tailor”, which I love (I’m a bird person.) You are blessed with creativity, and I know that someday you will feel like creating again.
Losing a mother is so, so hard, as I lost mine many years ago, now. Psalm 34:18, which you alread have on your blog, is one of my favorites.
I’ll be praying for you and your family.
