Happy Hallowe’en!
Chapter VII, A Mad Tea Party
Costumes and candy…..oh boy!
Creating a home made costume has always been my favorite part of all the fun festivities. This time was no exception.
I had the pleasure of helping to dress up this little lady as the “Mad Hatter” from Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.
We all roared with laughter seeing her transformation.
Trick or Treat!
What a wonderful costume and it looks like it is TOTALLY appreciated! We made our kids costumes as well, it was so much fun.
Happy Hallowe’en!
Hi Len – You’re right, she loved her look, exceeded her expectations.
Love the eyebrows! Reminds me of my hubby’s before he goes to get them trimmed!! I also love the thread spool necklace. You did a great job! What fun!!
Ahahaha, before he gets ’em trimmed? That’s funny. Yes, I agree the spools added something extra. Thanks, it was fun. Tonight, act II.
Halloween is such a fun time for all of us. My daughter and her husband dressed as (Dad) Mad Hatter (Mom) Queen of Hearts and Alice (daughter 1 1/2 yrs) They were adorable. Sadly, I was unable to make costumes for them this year due to my husbands’ illness. He is finally at peace now as of yesterday. Today, it has been a day of reflection, sadness, and quiet comtemplation. Your costume is so much fun! She looks absolutely fantastic! I especially love the cool eyebrows and thread sash!!!
