Speaking of fall…….
Last April I had the privilege of working with Fons & Porter’s “Love of Quilting” on a couple of Halloween projects. Featured in their Sept./ Oct. issue, which just hit news stands, is my “Hair-Raising Halloween” fabric and projects. Kits for the quilt are available through F & P and fabric is in quilt shops now for both of these fun home/party decorations. Fabric-Quilting Treasures. Quilter-Elizabeth Cechettini.
The banner is an easy, no sew project that even a non quilter like me was able to construct. Not a bit scary, well a little, but I hope you’ll still try one. Step by step instructions are included in the issue. I can’t wait to put both of these vintage inspired items to good use for the tiny goblin guests this fall season.
I love the way we get to craft with your beautiful artwork. I’m asking my local store if they have the J Wecker-Frisch Halloween fabric yet!
THANKS Annie!
OH I just ADORE your Halloween fabric and those projects!!
Great photos!! Congratulations my friend !!!
You design all this FABULOUS fabric and you’re NOT a QUILTER?
How can that be?
I know, it’s true. I’m a wanna be, haha. I sew but never learned or have time to actually quilt. You know Elly, I have to draw! 🙂
how cool is your material!!! I hope you realize the blessings you have and how you have blessed others with the wonderful eye of yours!!! Great job!!!
I love that black cat. Reminds me of Rosie. I want to make pillows for Halloween.
I love that fabric! I might give the banner a shot. I’m not much at sewing eaither, but that looks fun!
Hi Jane – Yes, not too bad. The right tools and products help, which I learned more about during the course of this project.
