Renew, Refresh & Reflect – My morning agenda, Monday following Atlanta’s International Gift Market.
A strawberry smoothie, muffin & souvenir jam while I absorb the weekend events.
And browse through complimentary catalogs collected from strategic meetings – Gain insight on products, trends, colors, etc.
Enjoy the free product prizes, signed by artist (friends) colleagues. The take courage journal offers a well timed theme.
And recall the artist meet up at the Westin. Very fun.
Last but not least – A highly recommended Printer
Since I had a little trouble uploading art to the new iPad prior to the show, I opted to bring hard color copies of my art for client viewing. I had several compliments from art directors and artists on the beautiful printing.
A big THANK YOU to Jason
at World Press Printing, Fenton, MO. His expertise and recommendations are impeccable!
I am so glad that you sound happy. I know you have had a tough year.
Thank you Brenda. Yes, a devastating year and still try to make sense of it but to no avail. My faith in (& from) God carries me forward. I am convinced more than ever before, that God (at least in part) meant my compulsion to create, as a help, an aid to heal and to comfort. A wonderful gift.
Speaking of gifts, notice the angels, illustrated prayer book & the take courage journal from some artist friends? I thought them especially fitting. Coincidence? 😉
Janet, I so enjoyed seeing you! Thank you for your constant encouragement and joyful enthusiasm over my work.
While this has been a time of testing, and unexpected losses, God does believe in you, and His plans for you. When we “grow” thru the valley as opposed to “go” thru the valley we bloom in ways only He can imagine for us.
