I have been working hard on numerous projects since early November and look forward to sharing them soon. I am grateful to have the work but we all need a pause once in a while. Lunch and a matinee’ with my good friend yesterday provided a great escape. I recommend it.

Barbara’s birthday today! We once shared a room and now are separated by over nine hundred miles. I remember when we were very young, that my sister read from a large stack of Archie Comic books. You know Archie, Betty, Veronica, Reggie and Jug-head? Well, I discovered a 1958 copy of “Laugh” in a shop and it sparked one of those memories that transport you back in time. Two sisters, reading comic books in their room before lights out. I can’t wait to hear her reaction when she opens her package from me today with the Laugh surprise inside. Happy Birthday Barbara!
